    Hi,
If our US based company is sending our employees to help train new staff members at a new restaurant location we are opening with a Hong Kong Based partner company, what type of visa is needed for a maximum 45 day stay? The employees will be remain as our employees, paid by our US office and never officially working for the Hong Kong partner company.
I appreciate your guidance very much.

They will need regular employment visas which ImmD will grant on a short limit of stay basis in order to allow the training to be completed. Processing time is 5-6 weeks after submission of all the documents.
